Placed an order with me through my exclassmate for the dresses preorder. I thought i lost my exclassmate's email so cun email her for the mass meetup when the dresses arrive. For this i did apologise to her. In the end is because she did not send order form but through sms only. So all dresses were given or mailed out already by the time my friend contacted me again for the dress. So i meet her up, pass her the only dress left which i reckon is hers since i got no prob from other shoppers. I deleted all the info for preorder#1 as soon as all others were given out to save space. I always double check before i send in orders cos i know i cun afford any mistakes. The next day aft i pass my friend the dress, she smsed me and said that its the wrong dress and asked for a refund. I asked whether she sent in the correct order but she deleted the sms already. I just changed my phone so i dun have the sms too. And of cos by that time im sure that it's the tw's fault already not mine. Then ANN smsed me asking me to explain. I tell her everthing even when i had explain all to my ex-classmate already. I even OFFERED to speak to my supplier and asked for an exchange of dress because of her wrong order. But of cos the shipping fee for the dress to and from tw should be bared by her right. Else tw side wun even care bout exchanging for her loh. Shipping fee is at least $35 approximately. Im not sure too, need to go hme check but that's just an estimation. Thus we always order many at once to get the shipping fees to the minimum by dividing it among shoppers. She dan start to doubt me, suspect that i want scam her money or wadever, so i said i will send you the link of the tw postoffice website when i reach home so that she can see for herself. WOW I STUN. you dun believe me, i give you proof, but you dunwan to see and start accusing. good job!She never reply until at night ACCUSING me by saying that "15bucks i GIVE you". hello? im only earning a few cents from you only leh, and i DID pass you the dress already, when did i get the $15 from you huh? & saying that i should not open a blogshop in the first place and not apologic. That's because i dun like your attitude and you are trying to push all blacmes on me when its stated CLEARLY in my T&C that suppliers fault will not be my responsibility. Wad you expect me to do? pay the $35 for you when i only earn few cents from you (return back to you by replying so many of yours and hs' smses) If im irresponsible i wun even help to tink up another option for you or even bother go find out the shipping fees or contact my supplier alr right? Thanks for publicising my blog ( which she claims " im ranting about ur bad service in public forum") Good, let them see for themself. & thanks for pushing all the blacme on me and vending ur anger on me when you cun even read my T&C. And its common sense for shoppers to read the blogshop's T&C before purchasing anything which you failed to do so and can only push blame to others.
